To Whom it May Concern:

Effective April 2nd, 2010, Teledyne Analytical Instruments (TAI) shall no longer accept orders for oxygen sensors intended for use in the commercial, underwater closed circuit rebreather (CCR) and semi-closed rebreather (SCR) markets.

TAI shall continue to focus on the oxygen sensing opportunities within its core industrial, medical, automotive and above-water, diving-cylinder verification markets.

OxyCheq Helium Analyzers

	OxyCheq Expedition He Analyzer - Flow Through	Helium Analyzer
	Item: OA-01-03F -- The OxyCheq Expedition Helium Flow Through Analyzer is small, very portable, very accurate and extremely easy to use. The Expedition He Analyzer is designed to measure the helium content of a mixed gas to an accuracy of +/- 1%. The basis of operation is to measure the sample gas against a known mixture (reference gas) and calculate the difference in absorption. This is then calculated against a know change resulting in significant accuracy when measuring the unknown gas (in this case helium). The Expedition He Analyzer technique is Patent Pending on a World Wide basis in that it represents a new and more effective approach to measuring helium (and other specific gases) in air or an appropriate gas mixture. The monitor is small, easy to use with a rechargeable battery system guarantying long life and accurate performance. The monitor is temperature compensated to assure little to no drift in the measurement. Unlike other products that must rely on very accurate flow control, temperature control, and specific gas volume, the Expedition Helium Analyzer requires a reasonable gas flow through the sensor, and a one-minute shunt to acquire accurate results over and over again.

	Teledyne MIXCHEK He / O2 Combo Analyzer	He & O2 Analyzer
	Item: OA-02-04 -- The Teledyne MIXCHEK is a portable instrument designed to accurately monitor the composition of both oxygen and helium. The case is environmentally sealed. It has a +/- 1% accuracy across the entire 0-100% analysis range (He/O2). The MIXCHEK analyzes the Oxygen and Helium concentrations in a gas mixture using a dedicated two-channel sensor network sharing a common sample system. A high output micro-fuel cell is used to determine the oxygen concentration of the gas mixture. The output of the micro-fuel cell is fed to the display and read out as percent Oxygen. Next, sample gas is directed to a thermal conductivity sensor. A microprocessor compares the sensor output to data contained in an onboard chip and converts the raw data into a signal that is sent to the Helium LCD display.
