Ikelite video housings are exceptionally strong and corrosion resistant for proven trouble-free performance. The clear polycarbonate design offers full view of camera functions as well as the housing's O-Ring seal. All housings operate safely to a depth of 200' (60m) and are sized and weighted for near neutral buoyancy and superb handling underwater. Dependable, easy-to-operate controls are conveniently placed at your fingertips and sealed with Ikelite-pioneered Quad-Ring seal glands. Mechanical controls eliminate the complications and potential problems associated with electronic controls.

Ikelite Housing for Kodak Zi8 Camcorder
This is as easy as it gets—choose your recording quality and start shooting video. Power on/off and record start/stop controls are accessible through the housing. Easy open latch and drop in camera loading make set-up a breeze. The camera's zoom feature is not functional through the housing. As the Zi8 is solely digital zoom, better image quality is achieved by cropping the video post production.

This housing is compatible with 2nd generation Flip models U1120 and U2120 only. Ikelite does not offer a housing to accept 1st generation Flip models F230 or F260. Flip Ultra camcorders are products of Pure Digital Technologies.

External Color Filters.
 The included UR/Pro color correcting filter for tropical blue water settings replaces some of the reds and more natural tones that would otherwise be lost underwater. Effective in relatively shallow, sunny conditions. The #6441.71 removable color filter is available separately for use in green water settings.

External Accessory Lenses.
 An external wide angle conversion lens increases angle of coverage so you can get much closer to your subject while still fitting everything in the frame. By reducing the amount of water between the subject and your camera lens, the image will be more crisp and colorful. Attach 67mm threaded #6420 Ikelite W-20, Inon Type II, and Epoque lenses using the # 9306.78 Port Adapter. Adapter can also be used to attach 67mm threaded macro lenses.
