We are excited to have new dates for our trip to Raja Ampat Indonesia on the new Velocean luxury liveaboard. Raja Ampat currently offers what most think to be the best tropical diving in Indonesia -  maybe the world.

Raja Ampat is all about diversity, not only of marine species but also of dive sites. Recently declared a marine sanctuary the 46,000 square km park gives you wildly different dive experiences. From pelagic drift dives to magical dark sand muck dives (and even some habitats that are special to Raja Ampat such as clear water mangroves with corals growing right next to them) there are thousands of potential dive sites in Raja Ampat. Exploration is still continuing and on every trip there are chances for new and amazing discoveries.

The island is teeming with exotic bird life, lush jungle foliage, and a spectacular array of fauna, while the reefs in the surrounding area offer world class diving.

LARGE DIVE DECK
As a dedicated diving liveaboard, the expansive dive deck has more than enough space for everyone. With private area to keep your personal wet suits and diving equipment separately from others. You gearing up is even more convenient. Showerheads at the diving platform also provide hot shower to keep you warm and refresh your body after each dive.
 
You'll dive the “Four Kings” area of Indonesia and immerse yourself in mantas, wobbegong sharks, and pygmy seahorses. Explore colorful hard and soft corals teeming with magnificent sea life. Raja Ampat was declared the most biodiverse place in the world. Village visits are offered as well as other eco adventures during the cruise to round out your experience in Indonesia.

  • Scuba certification card and proof of scuba insurance required. We recommend all divers purchase DAN membership

  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

  • The Velocean has a port and park fee that will need to be paid on board.

  • This vessel like most, has the right to implement a fuel surcharge.

  • A passport is required for travel.

Registration: An application for this trip must be completed by each traveler at the time of registration. You may pick up a trip application at either store or print out our Scuba Center Trip Application. Complete the application and fax, mail or drop off in person with a $500 non-refundable deposit per person.
